When Ford introduced the 428 CJ in April of 1968, it was to be available in 4 cars: Mustang GT, Cougar GT-E, Fairlane GT and Cyclone. But . . . only the Mustang and Cougar were available with a 4 speed. The Fairlane and Cyclone - automatic only.
