Default '68-69 Camaro Spoiler Stud Repairs

Hi folks,

The original spoiler on my '68 L78 car sheared a few studs when I removed it from the car, and a couple other studs stripped out the fiberglass holes when I unscrewed them from the spoiler. The spoiler itself is quite nice and is original to the car, so I do plan to fix the stud bosses. I have heard people having good luck drilling the holes oversize and filling with JB Weld, but I'd like the opinions of the folks on this board before I tear into it. Appreciate the feedback!
