Default Gorgeous Original Paint Black on Black '68 Impala

Pretty amazing, probably one of the best out there, and it's still wearing its original black paint.

Agree on both accounts. That 307 was a boat anchor compared to the 283 it replaced.

That is one sweet Impala!!
I totally agree on the 307 being a boat anchor, but Chevrolet sold a LOT of them! If they came into the service dept in need of a fitted block,(bare block with pistons), a 327 was often substituted.

I wouldn't change a thing. Black with skirts--what a cruiser.
