Damien, sweet. I used to go on BMX Museum a lot for reference and eye candy. I usually dealt in Robinsons, a few Mongooses, and the odd SE PK and Quad, GT, and Sting. I love the old VBMX ads with the great colors, and also used to haunt VBMX.com a lot.

Donnie, what's the other color CT70 do you have? I love those as well, but dang, the prices on those is pretty crazy these days. I want one of the early light/med blue ones.

I had a Blue/white Heathkit GT18 Boonie Bike in 1975.Me & my neighbor Ron ran that bike 24/7 for almost 2 years.
It took everything we threw at it,and then threw it all right back at us...LOL
Tough lil bike..

You guys are youngsters. In 1975, I bought 1 of these...
To go with my 1970 LS5 Chevelle. And people accused me of having a "wild" streak...

No, in 1983, I wanted a KZ1100D, Spectre. The local dealer wanted to see this bike as a trade in, so I drove it to work one day. He took 1 look at it and said he couldn't justify allowing me as much as it was worth, that I should clean it up good and he would sell it off his show floor. It had 6,000 miles and not a scratch on it, which was AMAZING with the way I rode that bike. I had to replace the rear tire, for the second time, the chain, for the second time, and both sprockets to get the bike to showroom condition. It sold for $2,200 and paid half the price of the new KZ1100.
