Default 1978 Z28 Cross Ram

My 69Z has had a Cross Ram on it since I installed it in the 1990s. Perusing ebay last night, I stumbled across this car for sale. Offenhauser setup, not factory GM. But still pretty cool!

My 74 4-spd Z28, I'll see your cross ram and raise you a cowl plenum.

From the auction wording...."Similar to how Mark Worman at Graveyard Carz paints his high end restored vehicles, this one was sprayed in base clear twice with a few years allowed before the 2nd spraying was done." A few YEARS between coats of base clear??? That seems just a bit odd to me.

It's a long shot, but did you have this car for sale a few months back? I recall seeing a black '74 Z28 with a cowl plenum up for grabs here in metro Detroit. I thought it was a great looking car! Rarely see the '74 Z's in black too.

I sold it about 10 months ago, it has sold twice since then, I last saw it for sale on Craigslist just before Christmas.

I know it's a long shot, but did you have your Camaro parked in the RIC parking garage 3rd floor?
