According to the write up on this car, it is 1 of 18 delivered to Hertz with no Gold stripes. Just a Wimbledon White GT350. It is also 1 of 20 Official Hertz Prototype Brake Test Cars. Correct wheels but not tires.

I posted it originally Tim. There was no date. The description only stated a GT350 in Paris. But . . . based on what appears to be the photo aged, I would guess 1965. It's wearing the GT350 only Goodyear "Blue Dot" tires. Mustangs became super popular in France because:
