Default '69 Yellow on Yellow X11 Camaro...All Kindsa Hotrod Stuff

Cool original colors...Butternut on Yellow...but man, whenever I see the twist-in spring spacers on the front coils I shake my head. Can you imagine a car with a $40k buy-it-now price, with those spring spacers installed?

Looks like a mess to me. RS added. Just a cobbled together car Color is off, stripe is wrong, exhaust system almost looks like its touching the driveshaft, E brake cable etc etc. It would be easier to list things that are good about the car.

Car is a couple of hours from me. Doubt if it iis a true SS - ten bolt rear end, NOM. I assume not unless seller can prove otherwise.

Yeah, when someone doesn't bother to paint the grille surround, paints over bumper brackets, doesn't install all the emblems, etc., I always expect even more short cuts underneath the paint.

I am guessing none of the bidders have inspected in person. Given the "quality" of that resto, I am surprised it is at $20k right now. The $38,900 BIN price is just nuts.
Bumper brackets were even painted yellow.

Wow, it has been bid all the way up to nearly $30k now! That would be pretty amazing for a car like this in today's climate. The fact that it is a private auction with the bidders' identities hidden would seriously give me pause.

The car would probably sit nicely if they removed those spring spacers.

Relisted in the link below, with a $36,900 buy-it-now price. Someone will be very disappointed if they end up winning this auction....
