Default Reverse Lockout i.d

Can someone I.D this reverse lockout & value?
I believe this was removed from my 1971 Z28 w/M22 that I had owned back in the late 70's but not sure. No lower rod, just the upper.
Thanks

You would be correct. 70-81 Camaro or firebird. The lower rod would be the money for a 70 74 with Muncie.

Thanks.
Any idea of the value of this without the lower rod?

If I were in the market for one. I would be willing to pay retail price of $100 to $150 if I absolutely needed one. The 0-5618 Lower rods are the unicorns. They are getting very difficult to find. $300 to $400+ for a very nice one.
