Now a ZL2 hood on a X44 code V8 Camaro.....that's a different story.

Yea, that was the car. No drive line at all. Agree, it would be interesting to see where an NCRS goes to. And you're also correct about it being pretty rough.

Really ??? There are sm block cowl hood cars out there?? I've never seen an original small block cowl hood car...other than a Z-11, Z-10.....

Another SS small block '69 Camaro with factory cowl hood was the hugger orange SS with white houndstooth for sale on this site a year ago or so, with a ZL1 engine installed. That was a great west coast survivor.

When inspected at Fred's Barn there was no heater core or heater core box cover. There was a convenient story that it was a big block box/assembly and dated to the car, but there was NO such supporting evidence. No parts and no pictures, nothing but the story.

The NCRS data report shows 6/26/1969 Delivery date to Dealer Code 335 Zone 1, Larke Buick Chevrolet Inc. Hastings MI.
