Default '67 Brake Pedal Bushings

I was doing some work on my brake pedal / brake setup, I'm spacing out on where all the bushings go. They are the white plastic ones that have an angle cut. 2 will fit easily on the outside of the bracket, do the other two go on the inside of the bracket?
