I think it's an Andy Rooney which was a really good quality sign when they were made in the 90's. Great wall art and priced ok for what it is.

Good talking with you Graeme. I guess it is from the 90's as that's the time frame when I bought it. I know I paid over $100 for it.
I"ll reduce the price to $125.00 + shipping
