Default 69 Chevelle bumper jack hook

I have two different jack hooks here, one has CHEVELLE UN 1969 stamped in it the other has 1969 CHEVELLE P stamped it.

one has a button head pin thru it and one has a flat head.

is this a different plant, outside manufacture thing?

Donnie, I have an original H8 (August 1968) Kansas jack and it has the flat rivet. It has the boxed type mast, not the T style.

I’m not sure if there were different manufacturers or not.

Dan V. would know. We recently talked about this and he explained to me that the Kansas built cars got the boxed masted…..the east coast got the T shaped masts……but not 100% sure about plant specific.

Maybe give him a shout.
