Default 1997 Chevrolet K1500 Silverado 9300 1 owner miles

I bought this 97 Chevy K1500 Silverado last week from it's original owner. Documented 9300 miles. The original owner was over the top meticulous! In fact, I didn't even have to take a hose and wash bucket to the truck. I wiped down the chassis and used spray detailer on the paint. I have been all over the truck with a MIL gauge......it's all factory paint. I cannot find one blend, blow in, tape line, buffing compound, nor anything else that would suggest this truck has been worked over. Original window sticker, maintenance records, spare keys, GM Courtesy Key, etc.

Due to the fact this is such an anomaly, it is going to Bring a Trailer at no reserve. I'll post the link when the auction goes live. Click the link below for over 200 detailed images.

That's a great truck. Wow.

Any idea why he essentially stopped driving it in the '02-'03 timeframe, based on the mileage accumulation up to that time?

Wow, 2-page window sticker, too! That guy preserved the right truck.

Started to treat it like a collector car. He did run the truck periodically and build heat cycles in it to maintain it. He also has a 69 Chevelle 4 speed car that he bought new as well. I can only imagine what that looks like. And no.......he won't sell that

Wow! Nice!

7 miles in 7 years... I've had (project) cars without drivetrains that I've managed to push around more than a mile a year...

I too, am curious about what that Chevelle looks like...

What a truck, Tim. It looks like it was ordered in the UP, so not far from your place.
