This super looking 1984 Chevrolet K10 4x4 square body pickup has been tastefully restored with many custom features. It's powered by a modern LM7 V8 and 4L60E automatic transmission. The frame off restoration was done over a one year timeframe by Daniel Turcotte of Johnston, RI and completed in early 2020. Since completion it's been admired and driven roughly 500 miles on special occasions. The original body was stripped to bare metal and a custom cowl hood was added for a more aggressive appearance. The straight body was refinished in its original color combination of Black and Silver. The colors are separated with dual red pinstripes. The show quality paint was recently detailed to a glossy finish. Silverado badging was added to the front fenders. It has a new front windshield and C.R. Laurence sliding rear window. Everything on the exterior has been restored or replaced including the dual chrome mirrors, grille, front bumper, moldings, door handles and bumpers. It's equipped with modern LED headlights and sequential taillights. It rolls on the original restored 15” silver finished wheels that are wrapped in Dick Cepex Fun Country 33x12.50x15 tires. The interior was restored in the original color of black. It was wrapped with Dynamat insulation for soundproofing prior to reinstalling everything. Some of the new trim includes the headliner, dash, door panels, bench seat upholstery and carpeting. Some interior features include a tilt steering column, 15.5” Billet Specialties Tec 5 contrast cut steering wheel, black aluminum shift handle, Kenwood stereo with remote and custom floor mats. The bed was rhino lined for durability and the floor is covered with a rubber mat. The engine compartment is nicely detailed throughout. The firewall, inner fenders and radiator support was refinished in satin black. The heart of this K10 is a LM7 5.3L Vortec 5300 engine that runs excellent. The engine was outfitted with a custom black intake, 102mm throttle body, ICT billet bracket and polished air intake tube. The battery has a power disconnect knob for storage. The engine is cooled by an aluminum radiator with dual electric fans. The engine breathes through stainless headers and dual exhaust system with Magnaflow mufflers. The engine is coupled to a 4L60E automatic transmission with separate cooler. The undercarriage was also refinished in satin black and is nicely detailed throughout. It's equipped with power steering, Warn hub locks for the 4-wheel drive, 4” Rough Country lift kit, power brakes with front discs and a tow hitch. A new set of 15” black steel wheels and Uniroyal Lared 235/75/15 tires are included to use with enclosed shipping which lowers the overall height. This vehicle has been completely serviced and detailed which is documented with an invoice that's included. From the MS CLASSIC CARS Collection.

Depending on where (and which shift) it was built me and my guys might have put the fenders on that one in the factory.

I had the fender set area in Flint, second shift, during that timeframe.
