Default Where to stay at redwood forests?

Hello, Jeff in nj. Can anyone tell me what might be the nicest place to stay near the redwood forests? My wife and I are celebrating our 30th anniversary at the end of September and would like to know what is the best redwood forest to go to and best b&b or fancy hotel we could stay at. Thanks for any advice. Jeff

www.littleriverinn.com

Wonderful views, food, spa, etc

We've stayed there on three car rallies

Possibly too far south but a great place

The Redwoods up by Crescent City, CA. were by far the nicest. Hasn't been touched by a saw. They filmed Return of the Jedi there. Crescent City is a cool little town good food and a micro brewery.
