Battery Booster
Anyone have experience with the newer style Battery Boosters? Seems like there’s a bunch of them on the market and I have no experience for what brand to look at. NOCO seems to be a brand that pops up a lot. I have a Chevy Duramax and don’t expect to find something that will start that, as I’d like to stay under $100.
I’d likely use it more for recharging my Iphone,IPad, powering ATV tools like sprayer, etc, than jumping batteries. Anyone have experience with them, have a size/model to recommend? |

Same one I’ve heard and read good things about, as well as their other models.

I hadn't heard of NOCO. It seems that they have a few different models based on engine size/gas/diesel. They look nice and are much more compact than what I have. Although my unit has built in inverter, compressor, light, 12v lighter sockets, USB. I have a Wagan Power Dome 400. It's come in handy enough times. I actually got it via credit card points I had accumulated. I'm sure they have newer models now. If you get a NOCO unit let us know how you like it.

I use this one. It'll jump my Duramax and everything else I have.
https://www.audew.com/Audew-2000A-Pe...4aAllbEALw_wcB The Noco 40 and even the 50 wasn't really big enough for most of the cars here that I might need to jump, let alone the duramax. The 40 is only good to 6 liter gas and the 50 only goes to 7 liter gas, neither of them are big enough for the duramax. |
