Default Parts identification

I recently purchased a bunch of parts and have a question on two of the items:

-I believe this to be an NOS drivers side fender for a 69 Chevelle/El Camino. It has been stored for a very long time in not the best of conditions. After wiping all the dust and dirt off of it, it looks like the GM sticker is gone but you can see where it was applied. Can anyone confirm that this is a GM fender and what it is worth in its current condition?

-I have no idea what these are aside from them being for a 1942 Buick... any ideas?

Here is an NOS fender on ebay... looks identical, even the size and location of the GM sticker.

NOS 69 chevelle fenders go in the ballpark of $500 to $900.
Yours appears to need a chemical "dip" to remove some rust issues which hurts the value in my opinion.

I think on a good day it's a $450 fender..but it's gonna be a hard sell..I would do nothing to it..sell it like it is, so a buyer can get an honest idea what's there

To answer your question "Yes" it's a real GM NOS Fender.
As to the value the other responses are within reason. GLWS
