Stamps look a little deep to me. I would say that is a restamped block...

Just curious. What is the block cast date? Does it align with the assembly date? Nothing makes sense with the vin and the stamp. Surely a restamped block as I see it and agree with others posted hear earlier. 1970 CTB blocks only have 3 partial vin car line plant uses. W for Willow run for 1970 nova's yenko deuce. L for Vannuys 70 z28 stamped on front pad. N for Norwood 70 z28 stamped on block near oil filter. Not sure where the deuce was stamped.

Deuce partial VIN stamp is located top-side of block.
