Bad in my opinion.
The partial VIN doesn't make any sense to me. What is "D" for an assembly plant? Van Nuys was L and Norwood was N. The sequence number is way out also. seems weird the broach marks end as it goes under the head, doesn't it?

Im not a 70's expert on this stuff - so appreciate the feedback..... agree with the broach mark comment - seems weird to me too

Eddie, I’m no expert on stamps, but Camaros were only built in Norwood which would be an N in the vin, or Van Nuys which would be an L. Sequentially, I’m pretty sure they started at 500000. Therefore, I don’t like it!
