Thanks Dog! You should change your name to the "Professor of Automotive History". It must have taking you a long time to put all of those pictures into your computer "Doc".

Always love to see those Nova's.

Here are all the images I've been able to compile of this Nova. Does anyone have any info on how long it was used as a promo car? Did it only go down the track just that one time? What a cool piece of history if ever uncovered.

You'll have to excuse the lady standing in all the pictures. Some people just don't know when to get out of the way (says the Linda Vaughn fanatic) LOL

Notice the fact that the cars have cragar wheels on them because Hurst wheels were no longer being produced.

That may be the Trenton Raceway in NJ. The track closed in 1980. I have a lot of footage from that track, both NASCAR and USAC, and that appears to be the main straight, with the Turn 1 grandstands, in the background.

I have some Super 8 home movies of the 70 Hurst Chrysler running down the straightaway at the Trenton NJ track back in 1970. I'll have to take another look at the film to see if the Nova is in there too. I'll be posting to YouTube soon. I also have a lot of vintage home movies of Linda Vaughn riding the 69 H/O too.
