From someone that could not make it down, THANKS.

Usually you do not get quality with quantity but in this case you guys have spoiled us with both.

Have a great day.

From a new guy on the site I enjoyed all the discussion and the photos as much if not more than the auction on the tube. Thanks everyone for all the effort and dialog.

You guys are entirely welcome!

The pics are cool...and we enjoy sharing them with all of you-but it's much better being there! So...let's have a big sYc showing next year

That would be fun. We have already talked about this trip for next year. Visit you, Lynn and Holly, my brother and his family, do some Warbird flying, cruise in at Pavillions and head for B-J for the weekend. Party week as they say.

Give me a months advance notice and I will see what I can arrange. How about a P-51D Ho Hun ? Likely around $400 and will be the best $400 you ever spent! T-6, T-28, Stearman, etc?

My pleasure fellas. I still do not take for granted that I am planted at the focal point of all these cool cars, car shows, auctions, sYc members, etc. I know that someone else (Bruce ) would do the same for me if I were not living here. I still appreciate how much these photos and commentary mean when you can't get out here (kind of like when i can't make it to the sYc reunion).

P.S. for those of you that hadn't figured it out, Bruce's gouge and my sYc Official Event Photographer card helped me get a legit Media Pass at Russo & Steele. Thanks again Bruce!

Eddie, how good are you with holding your cookies? Bill will take you into the Superstition mountains and "fly the mountain" at about 300 knots and believe me, you are CLOSE to them! He will take you on as many aerobatics as you can handle and then for a good laugh he will buzz the indian reservation and Roosevelt Lake. The flight lasts about 45 from chalk to chalk and is a blast. Worth EVERY penny and then some. I will see what I can put together. Maybe we could even do it sometime this summer as I would like to get out there if I can.
