This is a real deal Holley 4 barrel carb body for 1969 Camaro Z/28 models with the optional dual 4 barrel Crossram intake. The numbers stamped into the choke tower are as follows: 3957859 List 4295 914. The 3957859 is the GM part number. The "List 4295" is the Holley model number. The 914 is the date code. The Holley 4295 carb was made specifically for the 1969 Z/28 crossram intake. It was one of the first "double pumper" carbs ever made by Holley, long before they were available aftermarket. The 914 date code decodes as the 4th week of January, 1969. That's right, this is a real deal 1969 carb body!

This listing is for the main body and bowls as shown. The carb body is in very good condition overall. There are no breaks, repairs, or modifications. The bowls are also in good condition the rear bowl is specific to this carburetor with the sight plug on the opposite side of the inlet as shown. Many of the missing pieces of this carb including the base can be found on early List 4776 Holley carbs. I plan to keep looking for the proper components to complete this carb and will relist it as a complete unit if/when I find them. I just thought there may be someone out there who already has access to the parts and may want to buy this carb for less than the complete carb would cost since the mainbody is really the heart of this carb.
