So Matt;
What is the scoop on your ramp truck. Modern power train? Vintage. Did you piece it together, or buy it complete? Would like to know the details. Guess it is OK to hijack my own thread.

I bought a low mile c30 camper. I wanted original paint, no rust. I sent it to Hodges and they did the bed for me.
I built a 454 for it, dressed it up kinda like a 68 l78 with the brackets and deep groove pulleys etc. put a gear vendors overdrive behind the sm465 trans. It seems to work very well. Floats down the road with the long wheel base
