Delco battery NOS? cap lids? 5657148

Hi again Gang, looking for thoughts here too please; not sure what to make of these... they are plastic and thin lids sort of with what appears to be a GM part number on them of 5657148 but I cannot find anything on that number. they look to me like they're for a battery cap... the red ring is raised to the touch and is actually (painted) steel as it's magnetic and appears to be glued or attached some other way to the plastic lid.

Not sure what these are but they are NOS.
