I wouldn't take a Giordanos pizza over a table at Gibsons for any reason.
But a Deep Dish from Lou Malnatis? Now that I'd take over Gibsons any day.
...mmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

100% agree Rick but Lou's doesn't deliver.

I'd take Domino's so long as there is beer!

How far is Lou's from the Convention Center? I am certain someone can make a pizza run for top shelf pizza. One of you local guys can PM me before the event and I will get it figured out.

Any beer snobs here? I only drink Paulaner Salvator. It is a freakin awesome German beer. But you have to be careful; something like 9% alcohol. I will be bringing some for myself. It has ruined me for all the American beers. I can drink some of the Sam Adams darker stuff in an emergency. I can bring some extras if anyone wants to try it. I don't drink more than two.

Ginos East is nearby and has great deep dish Pizza.

We usually head to Gibsons and try to get a seat at the bar for a burger.

Mortons is within walking distance around the corner and has great steaks. It's expensive, but very good.

Lot of options in a "food/ Mall" just west of the convention complex (just east of Highway 294) including Hoffbrau Haus which can host a large group no problem. Maybe get that German beer there?

That sounds good, Lynn. I will, most likely, run down for the day, but could stay for a while after.

I got to meet travlnZ28, Gregg, and big gear head, Freddie, on Monday for parts. It's always cool to travel and meet the people we've been conversing with on forums.
