Having spent a year in that $hit-hole country during the time-frame this apparently happened, I can't imagine this going on. At an air base maybe??

On the one time I was near the docks at Danang I did see a freshly off-loaded no-frills '69 Camaro, either dusk blue or Navy equipment blue??

Speaking of caption contests: I woke up Sunday morning to find this.

During the night my wife was restocking the fireplace, juggling a load of wood, dropped a log (not a euphemism) and the hearth just exploded. There was a hairline crack and that's where it let go.

She sent this photo to several family members and in order to solicit captions. We started off slow with things like "...if you wondering what kind of day you were about to have" or "my plans for the day just crumbled" and such, before ramping up to a couple favorites.

My sister in law (to the tune of the Elton John song): "Don't go breakin' my hearth"...

Me: LOG IN FAILED

I'm pretty sure it didn't look like that coming out of the factory. LS6, Column Shift Auto with Bench Seat.
