1969 427 390 hp
SOLD This is a '69 390 hp 427 from an Impala. It's a 512 block that is standard bore and has been checked for cracks. It's got a 6223 steel crank that is standard. The heads need to be rebuilt. The distributor is broke as you can see in the picture. I can include another distributor, but it won't have these numbers on it. All parts to this engine in the pictures are included. I can include an oil pan if you need one. The valve covers have drippers, but are pretty beat up. There are only 5 rocker arms. Most of the original bolts are still with it. It has the lift hooks, brass oil pressure fitting, vacuum advance line clip and some other hard to find parts. $2500. SOLD

I need to move this. It's scattered all over the floor in my shop and I need to make room. I'm dropping the price to $2500.
A guy on facebook says he has a distributor for it if someone wants to put the right one back in it.

I picked up another 6223 crank that's standard mains and rods that is going with this instead of the damaged crank.

I love the open 4 in the assembly code. You see that on Corvettes on a very rare occasion, more prevalent on non Corvette big blocks for some reason.
