Default 1967 rs lower black out

I'm looking for how the factory painted the black out in the door jam to make mine look similar. LA built, if it varies from Norwood.

Thanks

The black paint followed the centre line of the spear. The polished spear that ran from front fender to rear quarter panel. It did not come up to the door jamb. My understanding is follow the screw holes for the backing plate for the polished spear trim for 67.

So the black doesn't follow the body line and go under the rs trim above the spear ?

The RS trim goes on the body color on the car. The black only goes up to the centre of the spear. I can email pictures but can't post here, not talented enough.

OK, my car had been painted numerous times by the time I got it and any indication of where this went was long gone.

1968 RS lower body blackout extends into the door jamb. 1967 does not.

So I'm not completely loosing it, and have seen it that way. Just went searching and I see the spear was chopped into 3 pieces and moved up to follow the body line, where the '67 rs has the wide polished panel over the entire area above the spear.
Thanks guys. I'll git-r-painted correctly.
