Default Camaro Scam

Unfortunately I do not have any details, but there was somebody I spoke to that just paid $20,000 for a 1969 Camaro and it turns out the car is made of thin air. He now knows now that the car was previously listed on BAT and those pictures were copied and pasted into another ad elsewhere and the scam began.

If your going to spend $20,000 for a car, spend another $200 - $500 and have somebody actually put their hands on the vehicle. It certainly is not bulletproof by any means, but atleast you hopefully have a chance to verify owners names, correct titles and ownerships, is there an actual vehicle to be sold, etc. Maybe reach out to a fellow member to view the car?

These are sad times, keep your stick on the ice and your head up.
