Default Early Chevelle Camaro wiper motor

Steve Hackel is no longer restoring early Delco wiper motors with the steel transmission housing because he can't source parts.
I ordered a REMAN from NAPA, what came is not reman, it's a new Chinese, same as what's all over the internet. (not an option)
Any one else doing these? TYIA!

Contact points necessary for it to park properly. Had limited success refurbishing originals.

He did mine about a year or two ago and it was an issue then as well. He said as long as it was working he could do it. So I had to go through all mine and find a functional one.

I just saw Steve today....I picked up two wiper motors that he restored for me.

Steve is busier now more than ever....he does such a great job restoring Wiper Motors.

Steve didn't ask if mine was working, just declined.

Well now, aren't you special Dan?? Actually, you are a pretty special guy lol!!
And fortunate that your '69s use the aluminum case wiper!

I went through my stash and pulled one that works well, cleaned, detailed and installed, so I'm good for now.
