While I'm partial to the 70 Z's, they seem to be often overlooked . For sure one of the best Running/Driving cars of the entire Muscle Car era !!! Congrats that's a great example !!!

I Had a little time to look the Z28 over yesterday, WOW so original, undisturbed smog etc. Bottom of the car is so nice.
ORIGINAL TIRES! Dated the 13th week 1970.
Pains menot to be all over it but it's going to be a month before I get to doing any cleaning etc.
I have to get the LT1 ready for NCRS in Lakeland and am building a new shop and finishing the 73 LT Z28 as well.

Default 70 Z28 30k miles... original paint engine never out

TWO Thumbs up from me. I am surprised that there are this many survivors still out there. Had a chance to buy one here locally back in the 80's that was Black with Gold stripes, (originally Hugger Orange with Black stripes) and passed on it as I could not afford $2200.00 at the time. Still kicking myself in the rear on that one. Don.

I can't believe you bought that with the dipstick in backwards! Unbelievable.
Seriously, a very nice find for sure.
Do you mind being nagged once in awhile for pictures? There is Charley's 1100 mile car, but its an LA car which is a bit different than a Norwood car in some details.

This car is amazing.. Can not wait until you are done detailing and preserving this one. When you do you should start a new thread in Preservation section when you start. Lord knows I learned a lot from your experiences and it would put anything I've done to shame.

I will provide plenty of pictures... it is killing me not to be all over it, however I am getting my Corvette ready for the NCRS regional in Cinci at the beginning of April, building a new 1500 ft shop, and finishing the 73 RS LT Z28.
