It will still be fun to make a run if you guys can get us in the Super Chevy magazine again. That was too cool!

Can't guarantee Super Chevy, but "My Classic Car" will be there...

That's just as good as long as they are respectful of all of us "old farts" with these "super cars"

I dont think anyone could not be respectful of the July Feature car. It is a beauty !!!

As far as 'Ole Farts' go I learned to respect all of them once I joined the club.

NICE CAR !!

Just spoke with Bob McClurg, a freelance photographer who covered SCR7 for Super Chevy and a couple of other magazines. He has assured me he is coming to shoot "a bunch of cars".

Also, the editor of another poplular muslcecar mag is scheduled to be there as well.

It sounds like these magazine guys are really taking notice of the Yenko brand name cars, now. I can remember several years ago when I would tell someone that I owned a Yenko Deuce and they thought it was a Japanese import brand of some kind. I guess they didn't even know that the Yenko name is a middle Eurpoean surname(I think that is correct)
Well, it looks like SCR8 should also be a big media event as well as the greatest gathering of supercars on the planet.

Don't worry about the times there Alan We are just having some fun. There were a few Deuces who made some 'light' runs just to stretch their legs a bit and get a photo op. Where else can you see 3 consectutive pairs of deuces drag racing each other down the strip - and a citrus green and orange one to boot

That damn Frankie

That's the *exact* reason we spend the bucks and rent the track for ourselves...that way, if guys jsut wanna get a picture of their car at the tree...or if they're new to racing at a track and they wanna go through the procedure at their own pace...or if you're on old track dog with a new combo and would like to make some single passes to sort out the chassis...or if you wanna pair up and run a grudge race...it's all good! If any one has any questions now, or later, feel free to ask! I would be willing to bet anyone you find to bounce the question off of would be more than willing to lend a hand as best as they could...

Marlin,
You are right about that. There is nowhere else on the planet where you can see such a show of classic muscle than at the SCR even if some of them are "Citrus green". I know the best are Fathom blue and Gobi beige
Does Frank like to tweak you guys every now and then?
It sounds like a lot of fun to me
How many cars are already set for SCR8?
Alan
