Trans Am Racing- The Glory Days
This series in the late 60's - early 70's single handedly shaped my automotive interest and pony car passion. It also helped that I grew up in the hometown of the Penske race shop. Back then the cars started out as representations of what was sold as daily drivers at our local dealerships. Obviously they were heavily modified, but their DNA was unmistakably from the big three and AMC.

Thanks, Steve. I have set up a Trans-Am racing history forum over on the CRG website for those who have an interest in that sort of thing.
