The very last Powerglides sold in the US by a US auto manufacturer went into 1973 6 CYL Chevrolet Novas and Vegas

I had a Powerglide Vega and I still have the floor shifter out of it. I put a Vega Powerglide torque converter in my '67 SS 396 Chevelle and it held up pretty well for a few years.
