I think you mean 19B39361X


You are missing a number and the 8 is not the one missing...
the 8 represents a B or is a B for Baltimore.
1 represents Chevrolet Motor division
9 Represents the YEAR
the next digit is an ALPHA character for the assembly plant
then the serial number is the remaining 6...

Check the VIN and report back.

That is all there is on the pad. Upside down from each other. I have a picture on my phone of it if I can text it to someone that can post here from there phone..Tks

I was hoping the vin was on the pad to see if this car was known. It was a DY car.

Would likely be a Chevelle since it is stamped with a Baltimore B code.

It came out of a 69 DY Yenko Camaro around 1985.

P is for 4-sp Muncie
