69 Camaro BB fan shroud ID help
Just picked up some parts from a ‘ junk collector’. How do you tell an original 69 BB fan shroud from a repo? Thanks

I am assuming repo.. until proven otherwise.. It had 1/4” of dust and I just wiped it off without cleaning

It's likely the GMPD service replacement. Originals did not have the 3 horizontal beads at the center.

I have an NOS one With tag and an assembly line unit. The only difference I see is what William pointed out - the 3 casting ribs are on the NOS one but not on the assembly line one

What is it dated?
Dated next to pt. # in the middle of the circle Three “worms” on top were later over the counter parts Joe |

Look on the passenger side, inside outer wall of the shroud. Mine has the part # and a round clock emblem. See pics. looks like its dated 12 68??? or 12 88
