Default 1967 Camaro Trim Tag

Guys, a neighbor purchased a 1967 Camaro SS last week. It looks as if it is a true original engine 396/325 horse car. Could someone help me with the trim tag coding? It is a good car, certainly a good deal for what he paid. The motor build date is 03-23 and the VIN is on the pad. It has a 12 bolt rear and the four speed has been changed to an automatic.

I'll try based on the best of my knowledge.

Second week in Apr., 1967 Norwood assembly plant, Sport Coupe with standard interior. If that is a B in the upper right, blue interior.

Blue standard buckets with custom bucket seat appointments. Deepwater Blue exterior, no vinyl top.
Tinted windshield. 4-speed manual, center console, rear antenna. Z23 option interior décor, gauges or clock, and Z21 option style trim group.
396 engine, 325 hp, deluxe seat belts. Hopefully this helps and is correct. I got it from a trim plate decoder in one of my reference books.

That's great, thank you. That's how the car is presented now aside from being changed to an automatic transmission.
