Question Dual Exhaust System 85 GMC

I need to replace the well worn system on our 85 GMC pickup...short bed, 4WD, small block 350, auto trans. Nothing fancy, just something simple...truck has stock manifolds. I might consider a switch to a shorty style header set-up...but, not looking to spend a fortune. There are no cats...

Any help is appreciated.

Have a look in the Walker catalog. They are the suppliers to GM. They have a system listed for my 90 GMC 3500 that looks like the original.

Agree. The system will be common all the way back to the 1973 model year.

Sometimes quiet is good. Leave the noise for the L78, l88, and ls6.

Manifolds are so nice... Don't leak, not in the way.... Don't even need gaskets when they are good and flat! Headers are such a pain.... That's just my opinion though.
