“I'm a huge fan of Harley-Davidson motorcycles of all generations. This is my first 2003 HD CVO Deuce and it's hard to believe its 21 years old. It has to be one of the best examples known to exist if not the best!” – Marc Schiliro

This magnificent 2003 Harley-Davidson CVO Softail Deuce 100th Anniversary Edition is new with 1 mile. Yes, it's new with 1 mile on the odometer! The CVO series was a family of factory made custom motorcycles introduced in 1999. The CVO line-up comprised special features not found on mass-produced models including Screamin' Eagle branded parts, hand-painted pinstripes, ostrich leather, gold leaf incorporated in the paint and many modern electric accessories. The 2003 Screamin' Eagle Deuce is the first Softail model to be the subject of a CVO project. Approximately 3,000 examples of were produced by The Motor Company's Custom Vehicle Operations division for the 100th anniversary. The bike had a Centennial Gold and Vivid Black paint scheme and color-matched frame. From the information gathered this one-owner example has never been ridden and was stored in a climate-controlled environment to preserve its commemorative luster. The original owner displayed the bike for 18 years before selling it to the second owner in 2021. The second owner also never rode the bike and stored it in a climate-controlled environment as a display piece. The second owner never marketed it for sale but offered it Marc Schiliro and he jumped on the opportunity. MS CLASSIC CARS purchased it in October of 2024 and December of 2024 is the first time it's been listed for sale. The original Gold Key package, keys and fobs, owner's manuals, mirrors and painted plastic trim are included. These items are pictured in the photo gallery. MS CLASSIC CARS installed a new Duracell Ultra battery on 12-06-2024.

This example presents in like-new condition throughout with no signs of usage. It's finished in the Centennial Gold and Vivid Black paint scheme which is stunning. The paint on the fuel tank and fenders was decorated with yellow, silver and red accents. The paint work was recently detailed to a show quality finish by the team at MS CLASSIC CARS. It retains all the original factory stickers and some miscellaneous tags. The Centennial Gold color matched frame, chin spoiler and swingarm add to the beautiful factory design.

In the aesthetic department, it packs a small round headlight, a raked out front fork, a teardrop shaped fuel tank with 100th Anniversary tank console badge, two piece dual seat with a low riding position and chrome accessories. Instrumentation mounted into the chrome tank-top console consists of a white face 120-speedometer and a row of indicator lights. A
white face 8k-rpm tachometer is mounted to the handlebar. The odometer shows 1 mile.

In the suspension department, the bikes ride was softened by a 41mm custom telescopic fork on the front and a hidden shock absorber on the rear. The braking power comes from two single 292mm discs with 4-pistion calipers on the front and one on the back. It rides on multi-spoke alloy wheels with a chrome lip measuring 21” on the front and 17” on the rear. The front wheel is wrapped with the original factory Dunlop D402F 90-21 tire and the rear wheel is wrapped with the original factory Dunlop K51 60-70-17 tire.

As for the power, the 1550cc air-cooled twin cam 95B V-twin engine is fed by an electronic fuel injection system with smooth power delivery and 91 lb-ft of torque at 3,500 rpm. The engine features Screamin' Eagle accents, an internal counterbalance and a chrome dual exhaust system with a crossover tube. The engine is coupled to a five-speed manual transmission with wet multi disc clutch.
