Kobe beef I had it a long time ago in NYC. My business partners and I were celebrating a very large (and profitable) deal we had just completed. I had suggested we go to Sparks Steakhouse in NYC because they served Kobe beef. We all ordered a cocktail, each a portion of Kobe beef and some hash brown potatoes, and 4 dinner salads. The bill was over $1000! Was it worth it? I would have to say yes because of the uniqueness of Kobe beef. It literally melts in your mouth. While we were there a large party of about 10 adults came in for dinner. All of a sudden 3 waiters brought out a 35 pound lobster which was to be cooked for the party. This lobster was bigger than a 7 year old child! Last edited by Lee Stewart; 05-11-2019 at 12:21 PM. |
