Default 70 Chevelle horn orientation.

Let me start by saying this is probably much to do about nothing, but I'm putting a 1970 Chevelle together and have my fresh horns back from Gary at The Horn Works and am not sure which way to mount them. I have a 70 El Camino, although no virgin, looks to be largely untouched for the most part. I also have a complete 1970 radiator support from a parts car that I've had for years stashed away. Both have the horns facing the same way. I dug up a photo of the 34 mile LS6 Chevelle and oddly it has them on the opposite sides as what my examples have. I'm guessing not a big deal either way but might as well do it right, if there is a right way. Thoughts?

I have several documented survivors in my database and I see them both ways though your top photo is by far the most common way they are mounted.

Horn #280 High note on the Passenger side,#279 Low note on the Drivers is what I've mainly seen throughout the years. And is what is called out in the 1970 Chevelle/Elcamino/Monte Carlo assembly manual too.
