Work the dents out, wet sand and polish the paint, detail entire car, tune it, and put a fresh set of original Polyglas tires on it and it would be a nice survivor car.

Only thing I would change on that is to put some proper tires on it, then drive it.

I have looked at the car and if I was wanting another project it would already be at my house. It has some rust on the frame but nothing to be afraid of, not rot through. It does have born with engine, trans, and rear end.

I concur! Cool car, a good friend had a black 70 Corvette LT-1 in high school more than 30 years ago now, and that motor was a screamer... still have strong memories of being 18 in that car going downtown Friday night... huh. Tempting.

looks to be at a shop...so maybe M-F...and Easter Sunday...or just a knuckle head...many options from craigslist!
