Current auto glass is processed differently than OE. In low light, it has obvious shadowing. We had to use repro door glass on our '67 Z/28 project and it did not fit well.

Were I doing a high-end car such as this, I would be on the lookout for nice original glass. Will take some doing [maybe parts car built around the same time] but the results worth the effort. Probably stuck using repro for the windshield.
