I inquired about a H-cat back in the spring (early). I was told then, that production had ceased and there was a back order. Only trans. available was the auto. I believe a shortage of these trans. was the issue. Later, about, June IIRC, a sales person called to let me know that production was back up and going with a manual 6 (?) speed and the auto. I would prefer an auto for street and/or race. I do not think that paying a big markup is prudent until production #scan be determined.

A friend ordered a B5 blue hellcat in June and got it this month with manual trans. I believe he paid sticker, but he's purchased many cars from the dealership.
