Default Cheetah site 1968 Bill Thomas Camaros

a bunch of cool detail pictures with two 1968 Bill Thomas Camaros on this Cheetah site
looks like some photos from a magazine article or someone that was covering the build

looks like Courtesy Chevrolet plates ? I wounder if these cars were built for Courtesy Chevrolet for customer order or to put in the show room or something else.

Courtesy Chevrolet sold Dick Harrell cars at another one of their dealerships

some type of window stickers still on the cars

also a lot of great pictures of Cheetahs on the site

Sold new at Courtesy Chev. Shame the employees or owners didn't keep the work instructions taped to the windows.

Looks like a bolt threaded into the side of the head to me.

No, they aren’t using the factory lifting brackets. I quess they preferred the old fashion 3/8 bolt screwed into the head method. Back in the day I never remember the factory bracket things.

Factory engine lift brackets are there, but they didn’t use them.
