Default DZ Stamp - Opinions

A buddy of mine just sent these pics to me for some input. The quality of them is something to be desired.

Thoughts.......

010 block? Asking if it is September of 68 or September o 69.

010 block was not around in Sept of 68. What is the casting date?

look consistent with other stampings Sept of 69. Not a great pic of the pad broach marks but fonts and spacing ok.

Glad Steve chimed in. That is why I was asking about the year. I had never seen that font of the "1", but I don't have any pics of stamps from 68 with a "1" in that position.
