Virtual Seder...
Last nite was the start of Passover...we usually share the event with friends at their home. But, the new normal requires a creative approach...so I attended my first virtual seder. Karen made the matzah ball soup and I provided some chopped chicken liver and onions. Of course we had all the other normal parts to the event...it was fun and a nice time.
It was a bonus because yesterday was her birthday...so we celebrated that as well. Hopefully next year Pesach will be in person...since there was no crowd I didn't make the brisket! It takes an Irishman to cook good brisket Hope everyone is staying safe and healthy. “Chag Pesach sameai-ch!” -wilma

I LOVE Liver & Onions. Only way to eat it is to smother it heavy in Mayo...
Not a fan of matzah balls soup though. בתאבון Rich

Great thread Tom!
Happy Passover to those who are celebrating with me... we connected via face time with family and friends which aside from being loud, was very successful. Technology is amazing... we represented 4 states in 7 cities and even got to see my grandparents who are 87 turning 88. Happy Holidays Dan
