Default Tag help

Do you guys think this is a real tag?
He is not selling it as a 4K car just that it’s a real big block car. Motor is long gone but does still have a 400 and 12 bolt in it but have not put eyes on it to check for numbers and the traction bar brackets. It does have traction bars on both sides and that’s all he knows about it.
Lol I asked does it have a traction bar on the right side.
Thanks for the help
Richie

The cowl tag has been re-installed. If you look closely to the detail of the rivet that is visible in the photo you will notice that the center of the rivet is not "Punched" correctly like they were from the factory.........just another sign that the tag has been "touched"
