I think it is CHQ. I had one of the old repop dash pads, and gaveit away. What a piece of crap.
I ended up buying an NOS dash pad (with the "bald spot"), but it is far from perfect. I had to add some steel reinforcing to get it to sit right. Better than nothing, but one of the things on my car that does not look perfect. I am considering swapping it out for one of the new CHQ pads. If you do buy one, please post some pics after the install, and let us all know how it works out. http://secure.classichq.com/69-OEM-S...ACK-P1336.aspx

If you still have the old one, Just Dashes can restore it.

Just Dashes do not restore 69 Camaro, since that dash pad has a mystery plastic frame, not metal
If you look at their site http://www.justdashes.com/services/gm/ Camaros are 67-68, then 70 to 92 (skips 69s ) I saved a few cracked original dash pads in case someone figures out how to save them in the future.

A $25 dash mat keeps all that from happening.
