Very cool.

The Ermine White on Bright Blue is such a classy color combo.

One of my pics from Super car Reunion

And a Jeff Murphy pic from the strip:

And.... I was fortunate enough to drive it into the Vettefest in 2006 (I followed Charley, who was driving the RS ZL-1)

Very interesting story. I was always under the impression that it was an L78/4 speed when it started the race. This story contradicts that.

They did the same thing with the two 1969 Camaro Pace Cars. Took two L78 4 speeds and made them into 396/325HP autos. I know they had 15" wheels and tires. Don't know if they used COPO 9737.

It came off the assembly line as a L78 4 speed. Then went to engineering and converted to 325-350hp mix with a turbo 400. Ran like a top. It and the backup Pacecar were the first L78 Camaro's. Not sure why they are selling on a Bill of Sale and not a title as it had a title.Great car.

I remember this car from when you had it, Charley. It was amazing. Good friend, Terry Carney told me he saw this car pre race in the garage at Indy. His farther owned Indiana based Carney Chevrolet and they got to view the car. He said security was very tight and the hood was locked to prevent any unwanted person from access to the engine.
